Purpose
These Terms of Use (ToU) define the conditions under which users access and use the website cmedia.click (hereinafter « the Site »). Any access to or use of the Site implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Site access
The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. Access and use costs for the telecommunications network are the user’s responsibility.
CMEDIA does its utmost to ensure Site availability 24/7 but cannot guarantee permanent accessibility. Interruptions for maintenance, updates or force majeure may occur.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, source code, structure, graphics) is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to CMEDIA, its partners or licensees.
User-generated content
When a user publishes content on the Site (comments, messages via form), they warrant they hold the necessary rights and agree not to publish:

- Content infringing third-party intellectual property rights
- Advertising or promotional content without prior authorisation
- Personal data of third parties without their consent
CMEDIA reserves the right to moderate, modify or delete any non-compliant content without notice.
Liability
CMEDIA is not liable for:
- Inaccuracies or omissions in Site content
- Technical interruptions or unavailability of the Site
- Damage resulting from use of Site content or services
- Content of third-party sites accessible via links on the Site
The user accesses and uses the Site under their own responsibility.

Modifications

Applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
